I know he just can’t help it, but it appears that Jason has succeeded in pissing off Drew just a little more by “friending” ALL the Drew Show friends on MySpace and Facebook. Actually it was the JNC / Answerpants Show account that was doing it most recently.
I’m not sure if this is Coynemeister or Jason the Drunk, or both are responsible, but we didn’t build our friend lists by pilfering other shows friend lists.
Our friend lists were built on the backbone of Drew’s years as a radio talk show host, and the quality of the shows that Ryan has produced since he started Stand-up Orlando.
I know you guys are fans of the show, and I’m pretty sure that your intent is only to spread the Drew Show love, but that’s just not the right way to do it.
Just because you CAN do it, doesn’t make it right. I know it SEEMS innocent, but you’re essentially USING our NAMES and GOODWILL to promote your own show, and…well…to put it bluntly, it’s unethical.
Please don’t take this the wrong way…I love you guys…but you crossed a line, and I’ve been meaning to say something about it since I first noticed it occurring a few weeks ago.
I *almost* brought it up during the show with Drew last week, but Drew was in a good mood and I didn’t want to bring the show to a screeching halt. Which it certainly would have.
I know you’re fans, Ryan knows you’re fans. We know you guys promote the hell out of the show and we’re very appreciative. But honestly I wouldn’t be surprised Drew asked us to ban you guys from the board, from calling the show, or participating in the chat rooms.
And, unfortunately, if he gave the word, Ryan and I would have no choice but to enforce it.
I have a hunch this needs to be more directed at Jason than Coynemeister, but both of your names are on your show, so it’s hard to point the finger at just one of you.

Unethical. I suppose I see your point. I think you might take another look at the intentions behind the thing: a colaberation of drew show fans keeping ourselfs busy and entertained during the days and weeks between shows, rather than a different project all together trying to mooch off of another show. This is, afterall, just a chat room with web cams, rather than a podcast and there isnt even a web site for the show. Still, I take your point and will act accordingly. I was the one, not coynemyster, who “friended” all the drew show fans to let them all know what we were doing and how they could find us. My apologies to anyone who took that as spamming. Lets all remember that on the social networking sites, your not FORCED to befriend someone that invites you. Rather, you are sent a friend REQUEST where YOU are given the option to accept or decline. - Added BlogTV “Countdown to Next Show” code to top of the sidebar.
- Changed sidebar link for “Live Video and Chat” to go to BlogTV instead of Ustream.
- Changed the “Watch and Listen Live” page to show the BlogTV stream instead of Ustream. I can’t seem to find any code to embed the BlogTV chat, so I created a link to it. Let me know if you miss having the chat on this page.
- Added “Additional Streams” links at the bottom of “Watch and Listen Live” Page, as well as the link to the “multi-camera page”.
- Changed the “multi camera page” to show the Justin TV stream instead of the Stickam stream. Still has the UStream Chat embedded.

Well, MTB, I’m all about getting drunk and lighting up a message board. So I will give you a well deserved response. I’ll go line by line.
1. Yes, everything was run of the mill standing up for myself untill I took a jabb at drew’s mom. It was supposed to add a touch of humor to an already too awkward situation. If you didnt find it funny, sir, thats okay. I did.
2. Mature or immature, I like my maturity exactly where it is. Drew has said harsh things about me AND my mother that have made me laugh my ass off. Nothing I say is gonna hurt his fealings. He’s a big boy.
3. I did not add all the drew show fans on myspace. only the ones I know and the ones the drew show is trying to promote. I did add all the friends on facebook. I don’t use the site as much as myspace, didn’t know who was who, decided to just add everyone. Its funny that a drunken decision of about 2.6 seconds plus 45 seconds of mouse clicking resulted in all of this. But, I’m not blaming the booze, I would have done it sober too. Just wouldnt have expected this tidle wave of BS.
4. I’d rather not toot my own horn. These guys don’t owe me anything, I’ve just been promoting the show that I like. But, I’ll say that I am responsible for quite a few new drew show listers. not hundreds… but, quite a few. And I’m also comfortable saying that I’ve brought much more to the show’s table than just my drunken phone calls. We’ll leave it at that.
5. Coynemyster is gone for good, I’m affraid. Out of respect for him, I won’t post his e-mail. But, lets just say that diggz did more harm than good when he threw his temper tantrum about a social networking site’s “friend list”. Its funny that a drunken decision of about 2.6 seconds plus 45 seconds of mouse clicking resulted in all of this. But, I’m not blaming the booze, I would have done it sober too. Just wouldnt have expected this tidle wave of BS.
4. I’d rather not toot my own horn. These guys don’t owe me anything, I’ve just been promoting the show that I like. But, I’ll say that I am responsible for quite a few new drew show listers. not hundreds… but, quite a few. And I’m also comfortable saying that I’ve brought much more to the show’s table than just my drunken phone calls. We’ll leave it at that.
5. Coynemyster is gone for good, I’m affraid. Out of respect for him, I won’t post his e-mail. But, lets just say that diggz did more harm than good when he threw his temper tantrum about a social networking site’s “friend list”. He’s still my buddy, but doesnt want anything to do with diggz or drew or the crew any longer. I’m trying to talk him out of it. we’ll see. COME BACK CLAY!

The greatest tragedy in all of this is the loss of Coynemeister. Diggz is not to blame for this; however, the association with Jason is. Jason, I am being completely honest as a person when I say this. Not as a “radio guy” or “guy who hosts an online radio show from Ryan’s house” or whatever, but as a person I must say this: I would rather you NOT tell anyone about http://www.drewshow.com. I am sincerely embarrassed that you are a fan and/or supporter of mine. I would be much happier with what we’re doing if you would simply go away (or if you had never existed in the first place). You are the lowest of the low. I had to pretend to appreciate scum like you when I was on terrestrial radio, but no longer.
Face it, chump…you’re not welcome here. Wear that as a badge of honor if you like, but it doesn’t matter. Your butchery of the english language (”I speek how I feal”? Really?), your countless unfunny phone calls, everything abotu you is unsavory and repulsive. You’re the type of person who will never take an honest look at yourself and evolve, so I implore you to simply go away from here.
